I’ve worked with every one of these planners and though their enormously cost-efficient, they are incredibly dedicated and go above and beyond at each wedding!

Avea Wedding Co Abbi is an absolute dream! Seriously, I cannot talk about her without getting little hearts in my eyes. I’ve worked with her on several weddings and no only is she ENORMOUSLY efficient, punctual & professional, she is also just such a lovely presence to have on your big day!
Something New Wedding Planning Jenna is also a wonderful option if you want some extra help for wedding day planning. She is fantastic at making simple details beautiful and thinks fast on her feet. A fantastic addition to your big day!
Luca Occasions Monica is fantastic! I’ve worked with her on a huge wedding 2 years ago and she made every little detail look so effortless & easy even though it must have taken a lot of work to make it happen! Everything was on time, every vendor showed up when they were supposed to, and it was a beautifully designed day from start to finish!
Mid Range Planners
Pricing ranges from $3000 to $9000
Megan Sawchuk Weddings I’ve worked with Megan multiple times and oh my stars is she a PRO at what she does! Not only does she have a keen eye for details, but she’s amazing at adapting to weather and other unexpected speed bumps on your big day. I once photographed a wedding with her as the planner where it was a literal torrential downpour during the vows at the outdoor ceremony. Talk about a nightmare for any bride!
But Megan took charge, got everyone inside (bride first, of course, and saved her hair and dress!), and was able to still salvage their ceremony. Once the rain stopped, we were able to go back outside for photos, but boy oh boy was I glad Megan was there! She not only made up for lost time, she also made sure everyone was safe, warm and comfortable while we waited for the rain to stop.
CNC Event Design Chloe & Cassey are amazing! I’ve worked with them several times and they always go above and beyond with attention to detail and having an elegant vibe to every wedding day. They’re fast, efficient & crazy talented at what they do!
Lynn Fletcher Weddings I haven’t had the pleasure of working with Lynn on any weddings, but I’ve watched her over the years and have been very impressed with her and her team! I look forward to the day when I can work alongside her.
Melissa Dawn Event Design Melissa is wonderful! I’ve seen her work many different events and projects and have always been impressed with her work ethic & creativity. Another wonderful addition to your big day!
Day of Diva Amanda is amazing! She’s not only crazy good at what she does, she’s also so down to earth! Her calming presence is exactly what you need for your crazy, chaotic day. She’s personable and efficient at making sure things run smoothly for you and your guests.
Luxury or Bespoke Planners

I haven’t worked with Julianne, Madeleine or Raven personally, though I have seen them in action over the years. If there are any wedding planners who deserve the title “luxury wedding planners,” it’s them! You seriously can’t go wrong hiring any of them (or Elizabeth below!). They not only pamper you and your fiance, but they take special care of each and every guest making each wedding a seamless experience. Not to mention, if you want your wedding to be jaw-droppingly stunning, you have to hire any one of them!
